The project is a proposal for a mix use buidling in Jerusalem, Commercial on the ground floor,dwellings on the upper floors.
The building skeleton spread itself to the street on the ground level creating alcoves and small gardens where pedestrians could rest.
The concrete wall that are spread act as space dividers and creators and as smart wind breakers in a place that use to be a strong wind corridor.
The project deals with identity and genius loci, experimenting how a private building could implement and offer something to those who don t live in it .
